Describe the bug The screwdriver that is needed to open vents is sometimes not available.

Expected behavior A screwdriver should be available in the house.

Implemented in V2.0.2 of LifeAndLiving.

A screwdriver now spawns inside the victim house if there is not already one available. Also an objective is added after finding the vent, to pickup the screwdriver.
