Mk 1 and Mk 2 Illuminators not generating any light. #123

Self-describing, they switch on and use electricity but no light is emitted.

I can reproduce this when the Surface Mounted Lights mod is installed. On a clean 1.4.5 install with just ven's, the lights work fine for me.
