Previously, the CryoX LH2 subtype would be hilariously underweight (like 99.7% fuel, when storing LH2). Now they weigh the same as a standard LH2 tank (as with the soft tanks). The LH2/Ox subtype also gets adjusted slightly, so its 'LH2' tank has the standard weight but the oxidizer tank gets lighter. (The LFO, LF, and Ox subtypes are left alone, since they keep the same discount.)
Same for the soft tanks -- the oxidizer and LH2/Ox modes get their masses reduced in line with their soft weight.
