Summary of the new feature/enhancement

With the release of the new TLSPC EU region, add support for api.venafi.eu

Add to New-VenafiSession for both the current session and stored in the vault
Ensure those not using New-VenafiSession and providing an api key directly can specify the region, eg. via environment variable
