More options for MessageTags

Plugin Description

More application commands for MessageTags. Some examples I had are:

/tags share: either a specific tag or every tag you have (probably in the form of the data below)
/tags export: allows you to export all the tag data (in whatever data form is easiest)
/tags import: imports above data^
/tags edit: this one is probably impossible, but it could be somewhat replaced with the above method

Some other improvements:

display your tags while using /tags preview and /tags delete (So you don't have to type in the name)
/tags list could show total number of tags and some other interesting stats (like character count)

Other stuff: maybe /tag (tagname) (took me a bit to realize that each tag becomes its own command, but maybe im just dumb 😭) I had more ideas but i forgot, if i remember em ill add them here

I have been busy rewriting a lot of MessageTags for personal use, I will consider some of these ideas
