Role duplication

Plugin Description

A role duplication plugin would be nice, and I would imagine very easy to develop as its 1 or 2 API requests. It could be in the right click context menu, for example. I don't really know where else you would put it. And, an extra feature could be duplicating roles on to your server from another server (like cloning an emoji) because we already have permissions, colors, names, and other needed info.
