After looking for exactly 0.897 milliseconds I have found 0 issues similar to this so here we go:

FakeProfileEffects

A plugin that allows you to have a custom profile effect/"theme", like in Vendetta/Revenge. The title is pretty self explanatory, it allows you to use profile effects from the Discord shop without actually buying them. I am surprised nobody has suggested this and that it doesn't exist yet. I don't have a concept art, but I hope you get the point. The reason I am suggesting this is because I'm insanely broke and do not have the funds to buy Nitro and/or profile effects 👍 please implement or i'm gonna cry

Doing something like "Decor" for profile effects would be pretty cool.

Possibly custom banners (yes USRBG exists I know) and icons could be added like YABDP4Nitro, with 3y3 encoding?

We don't need another plugin for banners, and if you mean profile decorations decor already does that
