Could we have the Spotify CSS Album/Song Cover Declaration changed to :root?

Plugin Description

Can we have the --vc-spotify-track-image declaration declared in ::root, so we can use it outside of the Spotify player's ui. I'm not sure if there's any performance changes to moving the declaration from #vc-spotify-player to ::root. I know this change is extremely niche.. 😭

I was originally going to say this would break with multiple players, but then I realized that it's an ID selector. This, afaik, has no performance impact.
