Images to Emojis/Stickers

Plugin Description

Basically what this plugin would do is you would be able to right-click an image located inside Discord, and you could automatically turn it into an emoji or a sticker into any server that you have permission to do so in. This is very similar to the Clone Emoji feature however instead of duplicating emojis, you can do it with images.

not that useful considering the majority of images will be too large to make them an emoji, and it doesn't take much more effort to just save the image and open the sticker/emoji modal
