feature request for silent typing plugin

Plugin Description

not really a request for a new plugin but a feature for an existing one. would love to see a option added to silent typing that allows you to enable and disable it per dm/server instead of on or off everywhere. link below to betterdiscords silent typing plugin that has that feature already
