We need to design the software that we will use on the Raspberry Pi that will receive and send information from the backend, manage inventory from the local database, and send requests to the micro-controller to activate hardware components.
We will need to determine how we will connect with the Arduino so that way we can determine which language to create the program in. Most likely this should be written in C++ or possibly Python .
