feat(plugin): SimplifiedProfileNotes #2635

Adds notes back to simplified profile popouts example showing note at the bottom of a popout

It also includes an option to only show the note section when a note is set. The "add note" button has been reprogrammed to show and focus the note textarea

Also works in the DM sidebar Note section inserted under the member since text in the DM user profile sidebar

Types haven't been added yet, however the plugin is functional

theres some other things people have written to improve the simplified profiles, i feel like they should all be in one plugin, and have settings to toggle them on/off

at this point I have no idea. I saw @sunnniee made a BetterBios plugin for simplified profiles, then I see @Vendicated posting about @Luna-devv's ShowAllRoles plugin (which does something similar to @sunnniee's BetterBios plugin)

I personally see no point in a BetterBios plugin as that's solvable with css

imo, a pluggin like BetterProfile(s)(Notes) or smth, and in there have settings for each

I like this idea, although I'm not entirely sure how I'd deal with the restart requirement to apply patches, especially if I have a multi-choice setting to configure how notes will appear in simplified profiles, considering not every value in the multi-choice is for an independent patch
