feat(plugin): Relationship Indicator #2656

(Uses a lot of code from platform indicators)

Adds a display to the badges, messages, and member list to indicate your relationship with the user.

So far, theres blocked, and friends. If anyone thinks of anything else that should be added, please let me know.

I don't see much use for that with the new profiles already having a "friend added" icon

and showing this in chat is pretty niche

same for blocked users, they already show as blocked in chat

they also had an indicator before.

also, this is in the chat & the member list as well. maybe the badge isnt needed, but ya know.

also, theres no indication in the member list if a user is blocked or not.

this can also be said about platform indicators lol
