- Revamp the CSS and the logo.
- Rework the UX of the website, slightly messy as of now.
- Have a page for company positions, looks more credible.

Website is not optimised for mobile - as in, when the page loads, the black content box is letterboxed within the fat blue border. (see http://cl.ly/image/3B1F0V0v0d3j) Use a mobile optimised interface for reference, such as duckduckgo.com on mobile.
Put powered by launch rock below the 'what is your pain point' button as it is distracting and not UX friendly.
Your main statement should be right below the logo. Do not use links directly in a statement. The twitter page should be in a separate twitter button below so its clear where it links you to.
The site should be optimised for a desktop user as well, as a large factor of your traffic will be from there.
'What is your pain point' button should have rounded corners and a slight gradient so it is clear that you can push that button on mobile
