How submissions should be displayed as.

As a moderator I want to quickly see:

who posted,
the amount of upvotes it has,
how long ago it was posted,
how many comments it has,
the type of submission and the content it may link to,
in what subreddit it was posted in,
the reports it had if there are any, and
see toolbox user notes

As a moderator I want to be able to take the following actions:

Approve
Remove with toolbox removal reasons
Mark as spam
Lock the thread
Send a modmail asking for second opinion
Ignore reports
