Add Mini Player Window Always on Top #78

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using the application, I really like using the mini player to display what is currently playing, but when I'm using another app in full screen, the mini player becomes hidden behind the window, which makes it essentially useless.

Describe the solution you'd like To fix this problem, there should be an option added that allows to toggle whether the mini player window always stays on top of other applications. That way, I can use other programs without needing to show the mini player again.

Additional context This feature is mainly for Windows and I know that Linux has a similar feature for window management, but if I'm correct, MacOS does not include this function without the use of third party software.

Also just wanna say, this app is so much cleaner than other desktop applications for YouTube Music that I've tried. Great job on it 👍
