'ArkaneConnect' shouldn't have the same rights as 'Arkane' #407

Right now the 'ArkaneConnect' clientID has the same rights as the 'Arkane' clientID. This shouldn't be, the only thing 'ArkaneConnect' should be able to do is getAllWallets for the user.
