Add DIT for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #105

So, this game was "special". Most button and controller textures were hardcoded in the background, so it unfortunatelly needed lots of extra textures besides our existing styles.

Folder size is 22.6 mb. I tried to keep it low, by decreasing the button textures from 256x256 to 128x128 and upscale the background screens only by 2x instead of 4x, what I usually do.

I also compressed them already. You can try to compress them even more, but I don't think, that they will be much smaller than now.

Pack supports textures for german, english, french, spanish and italian language.

I spent 2 days on that so changes that have been made on the assets in the meantime might be not included yet

22.6 mb are ok for the quantity, if iwubcode makes the Dit-V2, we could set the size to 4x again.
