Add missing Luigi's Mansion controls for Game Boy Horror #188

This pull request includes an updated JSON that includes mappings for control prompts shown when using the Game Boy Horror, as well as a 32x32 question mark image modified to use as a base, similar to the existing 32x40 question mark image.
