Add Mario Party 4: Missing Menu & Minigame Textures

This pull requests adds a variety of missing menu & minigame textures. I've tried to modify the textures where appropriate to avoid issues from not being able to overlay buttons on top of other images without leaving a box cut-out.

Menu Textures:

• Mini-Game Mode (Play/List/Custom/Records button prompts)
• Option Room (Navigational triggers)
• Extra Room (Start game button prompt)
• Start/Practice Mini-Game buttons
• Leave Practice Mode

Mini-Game Textures: (Shared with various board events)

• Mario Medley (4v4)
• Hide and Go BOOM! (1v3)
• Fish n' Drips (1v3)
• Dungeon Duos (2v2)
• Doors of Doom (Extra Room)
