This is a large pull request due to a mini-game requiring the button textures to be rotated by 90-degrees. To accomodate this, I created a new style called _Rotated90 under #DefaultDevices similar to _Mirror with a matching template under #Assets. The buttons were generated by using GraphicsMagick to rotate all the buttons by 90 degrees. Hopefully this will be useful for more games in the future, but I kinda doubt it.
The changes for Mario Party 7 are otherwise pretty standard:
Added some missing menu textures for the Duty-Free Store
Added textures for Start / Practice / Back in mini-games, plus textures for exiting practice mode
Fixed textures for Hip Hop Drop mini-game using new Rotated style
