Add New Super Mario Bros. Wii Prompts for tilt actions / fix other stuff

This PR is primarily to finish support for shake and tilt commands, with some other minor fixes:

Added support for Tilt/Left & Tilt/Right with appropriate animations
Moved the shake texture map from Shake/Y to Shake/Z (This is what actually triggers the spin)
Removed hands from shake/tilt prompts, as they clash with the buttons being drawn
Replaced Icon.png with IconN.png in the Devices JSON, which looks better on the white background
