A TwoPalettes asset is now generated from Flat and its _Mirror equivalent. Minimizing new images to only what #171 will need. But it's been tested with more. You'd only need to update the should_generate_two_palettes to filter less images to generate more if another game needs 'em. (really I could've gone further and even omit non-mirrored images for PTLE)
Feel free to squash merge to avoid having tons of file changes in the git history
