-Fixed the "Press +/START Button" on the title screen for all controller types, for all 5 PAL languages
-Fixed the Wiimote's 2 button incorrectly mapping
-Added the general button/icons textures for French and Italian
The resulting "Press +/START Button" prompts for the GameCube and Classic controllers now use their Wiimote counterparts (which only had the "+" icon without the "START" text) as the base textures
