General description

To replace the welcome stickers, make the bot automatically react to Discord's welcome messages with :wave: as shown in the media below.

Steps to accomplish

  1. Listen to messages in the defined "welcome channel" (configurable per server just to reduce false positives and whatnot)
  2. If the message is a Discord welcome message (system message basically), react to it with :wave:
