Revealing sidebar on activitybar hover would be nice.

seems there's no api exposed related to activitybar as of now, requests has been made to vscode already for UI customisation. if we can just get hover event of activitybar, this can be done.

one dirty hack would be using https://github.com/be5invis/vscode-custom-css to accomplish this
