Cool new features #5

Contains 2 different features:

Preventing the output and debug console windows from closing when selecting text inside them
Reslving the "Cannot read property 'getViews' of undefined" error (VS Code 1.15)

@jBrizzle Even though GitHub shows the list of commits within a PR, you should still put a description of what your PR does. Also, unless they share a common context, it's better to separate commits that do different thing's into different PRs, just a tip 😄

Merged. (well, I made some cleanup, then merged)
