Added shared right components. Added Readme.md instruction how to use it close #26

I don't like the idea of CascadingParameter. The idea that if you want to render page without 'RightShared' we have to write bunch of unnecessary code such as 'CascadingParameter' and rest in OnInitialized lifecycle method. It makes component code look a little bit trashy. I think that this need to be rethought, maybe together. I feel like there is a better way to achieve this.
