NPM package deleted? #3

I cannot install the package via NPM. There is no npm package with the name "ng2-dcjs".

We actually never published this package on npm. The package was set up from a boilerplate, which is why the README had incorrect information in it. I just made some updates to the readme that includes the correct installation command.
