Color options for tire rack

Add sprites and a recipe (using red paint and an unpainted rack), to make a red rack. Same functionality, just painted.

Looking at https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Paint

The new color options to implement should be:

• black (if I can get the render right)
• blue
• green
• orange
• pink
• purple
• red
• yellow

These will be in addition to the base unpainted rack.

Recipe item requirements for paint will be Base.Paint[Black,Blue,Green,Orange,Pink,Purple,Red,Yellow]
