Testing and Adding Visual Testing to CI #47

Using Percy and Github workflows, on each new PR (subsequent updates to said PR), we'll create a set of Percy snapshots for the 3 pages we have in production. Once we merge to main it'll update the page we're graphical diffing against.

I think it does successfully detect changes. Can you provide details on accessing visual test?
