Obstacles should actually be made into obstacles (boxes?). Everything in the 'boundary' but not in something else should be in the 'others' region. There should be "walls" around the 'boundary' as well so the car doesn't fall into the abyss
Not sure what to do about empty spots in the regions though (spots that just haven't been filled) or holes.
Any region named 'wallX' where 'X' is a number should also be treated as a wall. Note this requires #31 to actually do as the decomposed regions don't have walls or boundaries
