Fix the current GUI.

Relevant files:

Context: Everything used to work up until a couple months ago, until I changed a couple lines for formatting reasons. Now the GUI still loads; however, nothing actually happens when you input data. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the GUI code, so I won't be able to help out here.
