list of redirects is not being preserved #211

After removal of redirects with !delredirect and hub reset (with !restart) redirects are back.

The default redirects are hardcoded into default_custom_redirects.sql. Disable these using !modredirect hub.verlihub.net:7777 -e 0, or modify default_custom_redirects.sql.
