Answer the following questions:

- What is our goal / what are we trying to accomplish in the next 2 weeks? Get Devon and Seamus to share ownership of Github, and be consistent in how to publish.

- How will we measure if this is successful (Acceptance Criteria)?

[ ] VT team (Devon and Seamus) can articulate how the Github organization works, and their roles.
[ ] Cass feels comfortable with the architecture
[ ] An external person can navigate

- What are the Concrete Next Steps?

[ ] Coordinate with Seamus and Devon
[x] Streamline the content
[x] Walkthrough / Tour of Github

Then:

Assign a Lead to this Work
Add to Project Board in Flight
Apply any appropriate labels
