Answer the following questions:

- What is our goal / what are we trying to accomplish in the next 2 weeks?

[ ] Document strategies across four functional areas

- How will we measure if this is successful (Acceptance Criteria)?

[ ] Address all components of the strategy doc
[ ] Have a maintenance plan for this work

- What are the Concrete Next Steps?

[ ] Review strategy template for completeness
[ ] Develop the functional area strategy doc

Then:

Assign a Lead to this Work
Add to Project Board in Flight
Apply any appropriate labels
