Goal: Agreement on an actionable strategy for publishing code. Enables Vermont to demonstrate new ways of working.

Actionable
Code is published online

Next Steps:

[ ] Meet with Seamus/Steven/Alicia to discuss
[ ] Align on how this makes it's way into the QAP
[ ] Align on how this becomes part of the tech lead role
[ ] Publish
