Add vehicle to bust cache in cache first strategy (Besides Ctrl + Shift + R)
Generate sitemap of all content and cache during service worker activation
Move resources locally so we can serve them from our own cache (google fonts)

Cache First strategy always leaves the site in n-1 version, which requires double refresh, which is especially hard during local development. Maybe we need localhost override?
