Updated python examples and docs

The main purpose for these changes was to simplify the user's experience with the Python godirect module and the examples. These changes include:

• Simplified and improved installation and usage documentation that is more directed at using the gdx abstraction layer and the examples
• Consolidated and clarified the usage by creating new examples. The original "gettingstarted#" were removed
• Added some additional advanced examples
• Improvements to the gdx abstraction layer to handle multiple connections and faster sampling
