Indicate more precisely that account is from remote sever #100

We should add information that account is from remote server and some posts may be missing, something like that:

Some posts from this profile may be missing.
[See more posts on vernissage.photos](https://vernissage.photos/@mczachurski)

Additionally we can display account domain as tag like on mastodon.
