Please address the following:

Columns names should be in English Placa=Plate Especie=Species and so on

Include a readme explaing each column name eg key_comun refers to....

Your metadata for sampling, GBS, RNAseq and sampling is different

Sampling: Species, Locality, State, Lat, Long, key_individual, year, Condition and all related to field data, individual id
GBS: barcorde, plate, sample name, individual id etc
RNAseq: barcode, plate, sample name, individual id etc Notice: there should be a field (eg individual id) that allows to join the tables
