There's a crafting recipe for 1 Wool -> 4 Cloth, and a recipe for 1 Cloth -> 1 Wool. You can make infinite wool this way (Also infinite cloth, I guess?).

I have just noticed this myself

I think for now maybe switch to crafting table recipe rather than craftless?
