YAML support #12

Hi!

Trying this on a yml file and getting syntax errors, my guess is that it expects a json file and I thought I would ask here if there's a flag or support at all for yml files, or if its planned or can it be added...

Yes! I do want to do this. I suspect this might need to be re-done in golang (with https://github.com/awslabs/goformation) first...
