State of project? #14

The project looks great but also slightly outdated. What's the state of the project? If it's abandoned, do you know any alternative?

I've started a reboot in golang, so check back in a few weeks.

Similar tools I know of are cfn-lint and cfn_nag, but they don't do quite what I want, so I still want to re-do this project.

Great news! Will this repo be replaced or what's your plan?

Same repo.

Ideally I'd keep publishing via NPM too, but not sure how much effort that is (but I know of other projects doing it).

Hey @jaulz, since opening this AWS has shared https://github.com/awslabs/cfn-python-lint. I'll be putting this project on the back-burner while I try out the AWS tool.

@rowanu since this project has been superseded by cfn-python-lint, you might want to add a note in the README indicating this :)
