enable index-delete-resource with gbifdatasetid #35

The resource field is no longer a part of the new index scheme. Instead, we have the gbifdatasetid. We need to use that to delete records from the resource. Enable that in the indexer.

Hight priority for being able to remove sensitive data quickly from an index that is in use.

Test on TCWC Vertebrates before re-migrating and harvesting them.
