include chapter descriptions on webinar page

@tucotuco @pzermoglio I think that on https://github.com/tdwg/dwc-qa/wiki/Webinars we ought to include the chapter descriptions. It's easy to include the link to the Calendar Announcement at iDigBio, but the webinar wiki will tell a better story if the short chapter abstract is included.
