The original supplementary commentary on Darwin Core terms is captured at https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/blob/dwc_cleanup/terms/terms.md and described in https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/issues/82. Capture everything of use from there to the Darwin Core Question and Answer wiki.

Capture all of the content in a Google doc first and share. Deal with it from there.
