Create test resource #129

Create a test resouce on IPTstrays that populates every field with value that is recognizable as being for that field. This can be used to test the output of a harvest since gulo does not put out a header.

Any chance you could add one of those extra media files, either to this or another test resource? That's what was tripping up dwca-reader-clj before.

Re-published test archive including a Simple Multimedia Extension at the same location: http://hymfiles.biosci.ohio-state.edu:8080/ipt/resource.do?r=osum-birds

This is not the same extension as is in use at OSUM. There IPT server is not currently accessible, so I can't check any details there now. However, I did publish a copy of their archive on the VertNet IPTstrays to see if I could harvest from there (http://ipt.vertnet.org:8080/iptstrays/resource.do?r=osum-birds). I was able to, but the extension file is not mapped on IPT strays, and the file has no records in it. I don't know if this is also the case at OSU.
