Add doi to harvest information #132

Pretty much explains itself. In case, resources now have doi's (or EZIDs). We want to propagate these as Citations. If they do not end up in the Citation field, we will need to add a field for them in the harvest. Ideally this is something we will be able to scrape from the metadata.
