Change Organization Location #614

Make the Record detail Organization Location look like that on the Publishers page, with OrgCountry, OrgStateProvince, OrgCity.

OrgCity does not exist in the index and as such cannot be added to the data set tab. It is pulled via a carto query to the publishers page. Will not be fixed.
